This role is fully responsible for bringing our products into independent retail stores and turning partnerships into real sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, and actively onboard new dealers and independent retail partners (e‑scooter/e‑mobility/bicycle stores) across Poland.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners through in‑person visits, training, and support, and drive first and repeat orders.
- Promote our brand and product portfolio to potential and existing partners, discuss cooperation, and close B2B deals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent follow‑up and relationship building.
- Ensure product displays and brand standards are implemented at point of sale.
- Collect and report market insights, competitor activities, and pricing trends.
- Coordinate with HQ for order processing, logistics, and after‑sales matters.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or field sales experience, ideally in e‑mobility, consumer electronics, bicycles.
- Fluent Polish and good English.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Able to plan nationwide travel routes independently.
- Hands‑on, result‑driven mindset with strong ownership of targets.
- Ability to travel 70‑80 % of the time.
Compensation
Monthly base salary + Sales commission
Working mode: remote with regular travel nationwide
