Overview
Purpose: In this pivotal role, the Senior Field Marketing Professional shapes and drives the strategic vision for Revvity’s EU marketing and demand generation initiatives for the Life Science Platforms business. By integrating global marketing directives with regional priorities, this position ensures field marketing activities support immediate objectives and long-term growth, innovation, and brand leadership across Europe.
Responsibilities
- Champion Revvity’s market presence for Life Sciences Platforms in Europe by designing and implementing innovative, data-driven marketing initiatives. Leverage insights and analytics to inform targeted campaigns that drive engagement, expand market share, and support long-term business objectives.
- Events
- Collaborate with the Events team, Sales Managers, and Distributors to organize country-specific marketing events. Manage content rollout across digital platforms, monitor KPIs, and provide detailed reporting. Lead planning and execution of field events with vendors, ensuring smooth logistics and operations.
- Leverage Life Sciences and/or laboratory expertise to build meaningful customer engagement events in partnership with sales and product management.
- Design, plan and execute User Group meetings within Europe. Lead events with cross-functional stakeholders and KOL customers to ensure high-value engagements and long-term ROI.
- Manage small regional tabletop events with local sales teams. Coordinate calendar, promotional materials, and lead capture for platform events.
- Create CRM campaigns for field events. Report event lead metrics to regional marketing and sales leadership for follow-up and action.
- Manage and track campaign and event budgets in Allocadia to meet AOP target investments.
- Digital Channels
- Plan and execute webinars, remote demo programs, social media campaigns, advertisements and related content landing pages. Track progress, engagement, and results against defined metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing operations to execute email marketing campaigns and nurture contact databases in marketing and CRM systems.
- Strategic Marketing
- Implement the marketing strategy, content and activities across Europe for Revvity’s Life Science Platforms business.
- Develop a focused strategic plan for Platforms aligned with commercial objectives, outlining priorities and actions to drive sustainable growth and optimal resource allocation.
- Implement global marketing strategy, content, and initiatives in the EU region. Facilitate sharing of best practices to optimize marketing investment efficiency.
- Analyze trends and insights to optimize marketing investment and performance, incorporating customer feedback. Assess customer experience across channels and share voice of customer with upstream marketing.
- Coordinate with direct and indirect sales teams to optimize the impact of marketing activities.
- Oversee regional product launches and develop the regional go-to-market strategy with global teams.
- Account Based Marketing: Build growth strategies with sales management to drive key account engagement.
- Marketing Operations
- Administer and align the marketing budget with defined AOP metrics in Allocadia.
- Report lead performance and funnel health versus defined metrics. Own SFDC lead generation dashboards to support lead performance monitoring and follow-up with regional sales leaders.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration and/or the Bio Sciences field
- Minimum 6 years of similar experience in a marketing or sales role
- Global and/or Regional Marketing Experience in the Life Sciences and/or Diagnostic Field
- Experience launching new products in Life Sciences or diagnostic instruments
- Strong relationship-building skills, team player with ability to influence remote groups across global geographies and experience working in a multi-cultural environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to work well within a team and independently
- Project management skills and the ability to prioritize competing requirements from the field sales team
- Sound understanding of sales processes and ability to embed yourself in the regional commercial organization
- Open to change and new information; adapt behavior and methods accordingly
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Marketing and/or Biosciences, Bio Medical Field
- Working knowledge of campaign management, CRM and marketing operations software
- Cross-functional team experience in a matrix organization
- Embraces global citizenship, diversity, equity and inclusion
- Fluent business English; additional EU languages preferred
This position requires travel to support regional events and campaigns across Europe, up to 25% of working time.
