Job Description:

We are looking for you if:

1. You have a master’s degree in Mathematics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or alike, and/or equivalent experience of 3-5 years within data reporting;
2. You have hands-on working experience with SQL/PL SQL/T-SQL;
3. You have hands-on working experience with SAS 4GL/Python;
4. You have hands-on working experience with one of the reporting tools: Power BI/SAS Visual Analytics/IBM Cognos;
5. You are extremely curious, constantly looking for an explanation; analyzing sharply, concise & to the point;
6. You have good knowledge of English (C1 preferred);
7. You have great communication skills, both verbal and written.
8. Experience with Data Warehouse environment (like Oracle Exadata) is a plus;
9. Affinity or experience with Business Lending and Consumer Lending (unsecured/mortgages) and Credit Risk Management.

Your responsibilities:

1. Communication with stakeholders, gathering & analysis of the requirements;
2. Performing data analytical activities: sources investigation, reports preparation, creation of dashboards, automations;
3. Possibility to participate in projects related to Machine Learning;
4. Analysis of the processes and proposals for improvements;
5. Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data;
6. Analysis of internal and external regulations;
7. Preparation of functional and non-functional documentation.

Information about the team:

We are looking for senior specialists / experts to join the squads in ING Hubs PL, working for reporting in Risk Areas located in Belgium or Netherlands. The aim of the team is to modify existing processes to improve their effectiveness, efficiency and implement changes related to technologies that are currently used. Ultimately, unification of the processes, structures and environments. It is required to propose new solutions for data processing. In addition, collecting, analysing and documenting business requirements. We work in an international environment, we use English on a daily basis (written and spoken).
