We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Engineering Tech Lead to join a cross-team commando team in the Core Services group. The main goal of this team will be to drive the most complex and strategic projects in the group. Core Services group is dedicated to delivering essential technical platforms and services to product teams, particularly focusing on resiliency, encryption, search, and high-scale write operations.
The role is based in our Warsaw office - established in 2022, it is a growing hub for engineers who love solving impactful problems. Teams here work on a broad range of challenges that push the boundaries of our products and infrastructure.
About the role
As a Senior Engineering Tech Lead, youll actively write code while guiding the teams technical direction. You’ll work independently, identifying key priorities and milestones, while managing top risks and execution end-to-end. Youll join various projects at different stages, often for short-to-medium-term periods, laying down critical foundations, implementing proof-of-concepts, establishing methodologies, and smoothly handing them off to dedicated project teams.
You will proactively identify technical opportunities and challenges within our engineering group, providing leadership to effectively resolve them. Your role involves removing blockers, whether individually, collaboratively with your teammates, or by delegating efficiently. You’ll advocate best practices in engineering at a group level and ensure these practices are widely adopted.
Salary & Compensation
The total target monthly compensation for this role ranges from 71,000 PLN to 76,000 PLN.
The total compensation package shown here reflects the current monday.com stock price and may change over time as the stock price varies. The target bonus and RSU grant are discretionary, depend on individual and company performance, and are subject to Board approval and the company’s equity plan, in line with monday.com’s bonus policy as updated from time to time.
