Senior Engineering Software Archietect

Expected

• The Integration and Dynamics team of Safran Aircraft Engines Poland has a wide spectrum of responsibilities, projects, tools and methods which will allow for your continuous long-term development.
• The team has responsibility to develop and maintain in-house application used to assist with design of engine components.
• Successful candidates will work on advanced engineering applications supporting the design of next generation of aero engines intended for civil aircraft. Working in close collaboration with an international group of experts.
• Define software architecture and best programming practices.
• Support the design, develop, and maintenance of large engineering applications,
• Implement high-performance and reliable backend solutions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to tailor software to technical requirements
• Optimize and refactor existing solutions.
• Day-to-day cooperation with internal and external stakeholders from R&D office and international partners at various stages of the project, from concept to change in definition.
• Senior Engineers will review each delivery for its technical content and mentor members of the team. As well as support Technical Leader in agreeing the new activities, defining deadlines, tracking and reporting work progress in direct contact with internal stakeholders, identifying team skills and training needs.
