responsibilities :
Lead the engineering platforms work within the Tech Governed Portfolio, focusing on automating controls for platform tenants.
Organize cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve successful project delivery and platform evolution.
Act as Product Owner for the Platform Lookup Service, driving new features and optimizing API and GUI to meet control automation needs.
Perform analytical assessments to understand and evolve control automation processes.
Design, conceptualize, and develop solutions that automate controls and improve operational efficiency.
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement, emphasizing automation, reuse, and process enhancements.
Collaborate globally with diverse teams to define innovations and implement solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Facilitate knowledge sharing through meetings, learning sessions, and technical blogs to promote ongoing learning and best practices.
requirements-expected :
At least 5 years of experience in technology platforms, including Developer and Hosting Platforms (Internal and Cloud).
Proven product ownership and leadership experience, with a strong track record in delivering technology solutions.
Solid understanding of end-to-end product management and organizational leadership.
Technical expertise in designing, developing, and operating scalable services.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven experience leading global and offshore teams.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and quick to learn new technologies and methodologies.
Fluent English (required for effective collaboration across international teams).
