About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and product‑focused Senior Engineering Manager to lead our critical ID Comply (Identity Verification) team. This role is a vital leadership position, bridging the gap between product strategy and engineering execution. The ID Comply team works on complex fraud, compliance, and core business logic challenges across a full‑stack environment.
You will manage a single, high‑performing team poised for rapid growth in the coming months. Success is defined by your ability to instill a strong product mindset, mentor independent engineers, and strategically guide the evolution of our full‑stack identity verification platform.
