ServiceTitan is looking for a Senior Software Engineering Manager to be part of the senior engineering leadership team, responsible for growing the global organization and delivering product excellence. Your role will be critical in influencing key strategic decisions and building teams that create impactful marketing features such as email and SMS campaigns, telecom integrations, and digital advertising.

Responsibilities

• Take end‑to‑end accountability for multiple squads and ensure project deliverables are met.
• Mentor managers and senior engineers, providing guidance and fostering cross‑team collaboration.
• Drive performance improvements and maintain a high quality bar for your teams.
• Collaborate with Recruiting on talent acquisition, including interview participation and lead‑generation initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with developers, product managers, customers, partners, and leaders.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management experience with small to medium software teams, preferably 4+ years in agile environments.
• 5+ years as a senior engineer, designing APIs and tooling used across the organization.
• 10+ years of industry experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication and technical writing skills.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft .NET (C# / .NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs), relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with TypeScript and React is a plus.
• Proficiency with Git, unit testing, debugging, profiling, performance monitoring, distributed architecture best practices, and message queues/service bus.
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering or related technical field.

Expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in Poland is between zł324,000.00 - zł486,000.00. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, performance, qualifications, experience, and location. The total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a comprehensive benefit suite.
