Monthly Salary: 7.100 EUR - 7.800 EUR (30.000 PLN - 33.000 PLN) on B2B or equivalent on a contract of employment (range will vary depending on your country of residence).

  • We like to be on top with tech, so we use the newest versions of the technologies.
  • We review our code and care about its quality and test coverage.
  • We work in teams consisting of several people in two-week sprints.

By joining Tidio as a Senior Engineering Manager, you will become a member of the Engineering Leaders team. Your main task will be to help our teams effectively take our SaaS product, used by 17 million unique users daily, to the next level - 100m+. You are a perfect fit if you:

  • Have min. 5 years of experience in engineering management roles
  • Have an engineering background - you loved or still love technology but decided to put more energy into leadership skills; still, you strive for the highest standards in quality of the product and customer centricity
  • Have strong people leadership skills with experience coaching and mentoring senior engineers;
  • Are a people-oriented leader able to model and cultivate a collaborative culture of ownership, delivering while being fair and having fun;
  • Have outstanding communication skills and ability to explain technical issues to people at various skills levels;
  • Have experience working in cross-functional teams and partnering with Product Managers and business stakeholders
  • Have experience promoting agility, DevOps culture and modern engineering practices;
  • Have a good understanding of product development and product metrics;
  • Have the natural reaction to provide feedback when something important happens;
  • Perceive growth as the fuel that keeps you motivated to work;
  • Feel like fish in the water when working with remote or mixed (remote + office) teams;
  • Can communicate in English fluently;
  • At this point asking about decision-making, strategic planning, time management, or problem-solving skills seems like a rhetorical question, right?

You will earn bonus points for:

  • Having experience in working in a SaaS/product company;
  • Experience scaling engineering organisations in high-growth environments
  • Experience collaborating with Machine Learning teams to deliver AI-powered product capabilities
