,[Lead and develop a group of Engineering Managers and their teams in a matrixed product-engineering organization., Provide engineering support and guidance to Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Product Owners., Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to hire and grow exceptional talent., Collaborate with other Senior Engineering Managers to identify opportunities for improvement across Engineering., Maintain a supportive, engaging, and motivating team culture focused on high performance and predictability., Manage one or more Staff Engineers and work closely with Architecture and Security teams to ensure technical design and implementation meet the highest standards.
