We are looking for a strong QA professional to join our team and ensure quality across the SDLC for one of the key tools for our Brokers. If you are a motivated SDET who can undertake manual testing, is familiar with automated testing, is well organized and methodical, passionate about technology and eager to develop your existing skills and experience, then this role could be for you.
 
As a member of the team, you will be responsible for improving the quality processes and standards with your peers across the Division, and within your own Team. The team you will be part of is a multi-functional team alongside developers, and all supported by an Engineering Manager and Product Manager.
 
Take ownership of a feature quality, this includes being involved in any solution definition of a feature once the Product has defined the scope.
~ Plan any testing and make sure any requirements are sorted out up front (environments, users, test data, etc.)
~ Drive quality across all disciplines, providing guidance, feedback and suggestions to improve quality practices across the teams.

Business perspective understanding and prioritization – providing technical solutions aligned with business needs 
Hands-on, dependable, detailed, quality-conscious and result driven 
Flexible and able to adapt to new ideas with a can-do attitude 
Practical experience with test preparation, execution, defect reporting, and maintenance of test documentation
In-depth knowledge and understanding of quality best practices, techniques, and methodologies to drive continuous quality improvements.
Practical experience of testing applications, APIs and validating directly against SQL databases
Bonus for knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks (for example Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Gherkin, Postman)
