responsibilities :
design and improve multithreaded, high-volume trade flow processing systems
make independent decisions while effectively mitigating risks
take full ownership of all aspects of our trade management systems
thrive in a fast-paced setting, balancing second-line support with strategic development responsibilities
work closely with engineers in the UK, US, and Hong Kong to deliver robust solutions
requirements-expected :
at least 8+ years of hands-on experience in a formal enterprise-level development environment, particularly with C#
technical Skills:
strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, multi-threaded programming, and object-oriented design
proven experience in building connected, service-oriented applications
familiarity with enterprise messaging systems
experience with AWS serverless technologies
excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to various audiences
experience with JIRA, Git, Jenkins, and Octopus Deploy
