Danfoss Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Controls (RAC) is looking for a forward-thinking Senior Engineer Design for Excellence to join our small Design to Quality team as we develop new ways of working and developing our products. You will work from Grodzisk but cooperating globally with our sites in Denmark, Germany, China, India and Mexico. We are talking about a cross-functional environment with many different stakeholders like design teams, engineering, quality, procurement and manufacturing. You can expect to travel up to 20% of your time.
Robust and cost-efficient design, product development, reliability engineering… does this excite you? Are you driven to develop flawless launches of new products? Is fast time to market through early involvement in technology development and better understanding of customers applications important to you? Then you could be our new Senior Engineer DfX.
It will be an advantage, if you have experience with methodology/tools such as AIAG core tools, DMAIC, DFSS, VDA, APQP, Agile connected to IATF 16949 mindset and experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing principles as well as reliability software such as Minitab or Reliasoft.
