Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for delivering seamless end-user experiences across a global organisation? We’re looking for a Senior End-User Computing (EUC) Engineer to join our Global Infrastructure Operations team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing vendor performance, and providing expert-level technical support for EUC technologies. responsibilities :
Provide Tier 3 technical support for end-user computing systems, ensuring timely resolution in line with ITIL/ITSM practices.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and escalation point for complex EUC-related incidents that cannot be resolved at Tier 1 or 2.
Lead and coordinate change management activities across international environments.
Oversee and optimise vendor performance, driving continuous service improvements and ensuring value for money.
Produce and maintain detailed technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
Contribute to vendor sourcing and support governance activities to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
requirements-expected :
Proven experience in IT service delivery within a large or global enterprise environment.
Strong technical expertise in EUC technologies (e.g., Windows 10/11, Intune, M365, VDI, endpoint security).
Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices in incident, problem, and change management.
Experience managing vendors and outsourced service providers to ensure performance and quality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams.
Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to improving service and security.
