We’re looking for an experienced C++/Embedded Software Engineer to join our agile team working on an innovative real-time communication platform for the medical industry. This product plays a critical role in improving the safety and efficiency of clinical workflows.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain core components of a real-time medical communication system using modern C++ (C++17 or C++20).
- Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Work on Linux-based environments with standard tools (Git, CMake, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with medical industry standards and requirements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with modern C++ (17 or 20).
- Strong understanding of system-level programming and multi-threading.
- Proficient in working with Linux environments.
- Proficient with Git and collaborative version control workflows.
- Experience working in an agile software development team.
- Experience with Qt/QML.
Nice to have
- Experience with Yocto Project or other embedded Linux build systems.
- Familiarity with medical software development, especially Class C (IEC 62304).
- Knowledge of real‑time systems or low‑latency applications.
