Obowiązki

• Diploma (Master’s preferred) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in electric machine design and optimization (serial production / market applications)

• Practical knowledge of typical materials, components, and manufacturing processes for electric motors

• Advanced skills in electromagnetic and dielectric simulation tools

• Experience in defining, executing, and judging complex motor/component tests

• Strong self-organization, solution-driven attitude, and excellent technical documentation skills

• Fluent English, German would be an added advantage

Wymagania

• Technical specification and full documentation of designs

• Simulation of electromagnetic and dielectric parts

• Definition and specification of tests (motor and component level)

• Supporting, supervising, and personally executing tests

• Analysis and assessment of test data and project requirements

• Leading customer and supplier technical communication

• Utilization, evaluation, and improvement of simulation tools

• Task management, project reporting, and escalation

• Application and creation of internal / industry standards
