Job Summary We’re looking for a Senior Editor to lead editorial craft across major campaigns, long‑form content, brand films and digital storytelling. You will own the creative and technical edit process from assembly to delivery—guiding narrative, tone, pacing, visual style and final finishing. Ideal for a highly experienced editor with strong storytelling instincts, attention to detail, and the ability to elevate creative work. Responsibilities Lead editing across major campaigns, long‑form stories, social content and commercial films. Shape narrative structure, pacing, tone and emotional flow of edits. Work closely with directors, creatives and producers to realise creative vision. Oversee full editorial workflow including assembly, rough cut, fine cut, conform and final outputs. Guide junior editors and edit assistants with feedback, tasking and craft development. Collaborate with colour, sound and VFX teams to ensure a premium finish. Ensure all outputs meet technical specifications, brand guidelines and delivery requirements. Manage timelines, version control, stakeholder feedback and delivery cycles. Troubleshoot technical issues and support workflow optimisation. Requirements Extensive experience as an Editor or Senior Editor across commercial, brand or entertainment content. Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (required) and working knowledge of After Effects. Strong storytelling instincts with excellent sense of pacing, structure and tone. Experience collaborating with creative directors, producers and post‑production teams. Ability to work across multiple formats, aspect ratios and platform requirements. Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and technical accuracy. Calm, solutions‑oriented approach under pressure with strong communication skills.
