Overview
Our Senior Ecommerce Growth Strategist helps drive client success by developing accurate strategic forecasts and guiding seamless execution of strategies that translate forecasts into measurable growth. You will be a representative and advocate for CTCs approach to media acquisition and its tools, ensuring high-level execution across the Prophet system and Growth Map.
You will set a high standard for execution, maintain transparent communication about actions taken and performance relative to forecasts, and partner with clients to provide a clear roadmap to success.

Responsibilities
- Autodidact mindset with strong curiosity and rapid learning ability; absorb information quickly and effectively.
- Provide and implement feedback proactively; operate with autonomy and initiative.
- Participate in onboarding and collaborate with team members (Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, Email Strategist).
- Build Growth Forecasts and Growth Maps for clients using the Prophet System; analyze data to support strategic planning.
- Conduct daily execution and actualisation versus forecast; adjust tactics to meet KPIs.
- Combine data analysis with client feedback to develop forward-looking strategic plans; pivot when needed.
- Lead in obstacle-rich situations and uphold CTC principles and best practices.
- Manage campaigns in line with your client’s goals and budget; monitor performance and adjust strategy to hit modeled targets.
- Communicate with clients regularly; provide daily performance updates and align strategy with forecasted goals.
- Contribute learnings to system feedback and cross-team collaboration; support content development and future company initiatives.
- Maintain data integrity across client accounts and ensure quality and timely delivery of work.
- Fully remote role with autonomous scheduling and regular feedback sessions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong data analysis skills; proficient with Google Sheets and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities; emotional intelligence and persuasive client messaging.
- Past experience in math, data analytics, business operations, retail, finance, media buying, or related domains.
- Ability to think structurally, solve problems, and deliver practical solutions.
- Passion for e-commerce and a drive to contribute to a high-performing team with accountability and autonomy.
