Overview

  • Creating content recommendations for the eCommerce platforms - product cards, landing pages, educational content, and other types of content part of eRetailers; and for other digital platforms – iMedia banners, social media posts, stories/reels, articles, etc.
  • Craft content recommendations and plan communication for Global Brands on category and brand levels, in many different markets/geographies
  • Create Content Guidelines & Toolkits for Global brands
  • Present your content-strategy recommendations in front of the client
  • Follow internal processes & scopes and ensure they are running smoothly, flagging for areas of improvement.

Qualifications

To enjoy and succeed in this role, we believe you must:

  • Have documented experience in creating content recommendations for eCommerce and Digital content, preferably in Digital and eCommerce agencies
  • Know how to craft data-based content strategies
  • Understand digital shelf optimization and how to optimize content
  • Understand digital world and being aware of content trends across platforms
  • Be able to frame and define messaging architecture and think content strategy with the big-picture in mind
  • Be a master storyteller, keen to share your knowledge with your colleagues, clients, and external audiences
  • Be a team player, excited to cooperate and learn with your colleagues
  • Have great organizational skills and proven ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
  • Nice to have experience on testing content across platforms using both AI-based tools and other available tools
