Vantive is building a modern, scalable, and intelligent integration ecosystem to support its global commercial operations.  We are seeking a Techno-Functional integration architect to represent the commercial organization within the enterprise integration function.

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and technology execution.  The successful candidate will partner closely with commercial business leaders, product owner, and IT delivery teams to translate business priorities into robust, future-ready integration solutions.  This individual will act as a trusted advisor, shaping integration patterns, guiding solution design, and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

Core Experience

• 8+ years of experience in integration architecture, solution architecture, or techno-functional roles;
• Strong experience integrating ERP and CRM platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics or equivalent);
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical integration designs;
• Experience working with global, multi-region commercial organizations;
• Technical Expertise:
• Deep understanding of modern integration patterns:
• APIs, messaging, event-driven architectures, microservices;
• B2B/EDI integrations with external partners.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS;
• Familiarity with digital platforms, portals, and customer experience technologies;
• Working knowledge of automation and AI concepts (applied to integrations and operations);
• Professional Skills;
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and influence without authority;
• Structured thinker with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset;
• Comfortable working across business, architecture, and delivery teams.
