Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. Make It With Pride. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior E-commerce Manager to lead and execute our online sales strategy. The Senior E-commerce Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing the customer experience, and managing all aspects of our online business. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, digital marketing, and data analytics. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in managing and growing an e-commerce business.

How You Will Contribute

  • Creating and implementing long-term business strategy in the E-Commerce channels in accordance with company priorities.
  • Long-term and strategic planning of cooperation development with key E-Com operators based on eJBPs.
  • Identify market trends, analyze competitor activities, and recommend strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Develop and manage the e-commerce budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members to enhance their skills and foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
  • Managing the work of the E-Commerce team and cooperation with the Marketing, CP&A, Digital, RGM, and Finance departments.
  • Close cooperation with the Marketing, CP&A, Digital, RGM, Finance departments and the central E-Commerce team and contact with global structures.

What You Will Bring

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce management (Sales & Marketing), with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms
  • Broad understanding of the FMCG market and familiarity with its governing processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Highly developed organizational and analytical skills, including sales analysis in e-commerce using external tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Readiness to work in a dynamic and diverse environment.
