• Design, develop and implement Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions aligned with business requirements
• Customize and configure CRM applications, including entities, forms, workflows and BPFs
• Develop integrations with external systems and services using APIs, plugins and Azure resources
• Manage solution deployment across multiple environments, ensuring quality and consistency
• Implement and maintain security roles, business units and data access models
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts and other developers to translate functional needs into technical solutions
• Enhance applications with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages)
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM functionality, integrations and performance
• Contribute to DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines and version control best practices
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members
• Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform roadmap and recommend improvements

• 6-8+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE (CRM)
• Working knowledge of any one of the apps (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing or Field Service)
• Advanced customization & configuration (entities, forms, workflows, BPFs)
• Security models (roles, business units, hierarchies)
• Integrations, data modeling and solution deployments
• Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI (basic), Power Pages
• DevOps & CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub)
