Overview We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant / Developer to join an international implementation project for a global automotive client. You will be responsible for delivering and implementing functionalities related to Sales and Customer Service, as well as selected Marketing components of the Dynamics 365 platform. Familiarity with the Field Service module and MS Copilot will be considered an asset, as future development in these areas is anticipated.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience as a Solution Consultant / Developer for Dynamics 365 CRM 
• Strong knowledge of Sales and Customer Service modules, plus other Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform functionalities 
• Proven experience in implementation projects involving configuration and business process optimization 
• Broad understanding of CRM systems and their integration with other applications 
• Ability to conduct client workshops and translate business requirements into system solutions 
• Fluent English, both spoken and written
