Client is a consulting company specializing in implementing customer relationship management solutions based on Microsoft technology. The Senior Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant will be responsible for delivering support, analysis, implementations, and optimization of solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly NAV), helping clients streamline their business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Analyze clients’ business needs and design solutions based on Dynamics 365 Business Central
Lead end-to-end implementation cycles: from pre-implementation analysis, configuration, data migration, and testing, to go-live and post-implementation support
Collaborate with development teams, analysts, and project managers to deliver project objectives
Configure and customize the system to meet client requirements (including using AL/Extensions)
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and create user documentation
Provide substantive support during the sales process (pre-sales): system demos, offer preparation, and technical consultations
Analyze and resolve ongoing user issues within the system
Continuously monitor updates in Dynamics 365 BC and recommend best practices and new functionalities to clients
requirements-expected :
University degree in technical, economic, or related fields (preferred majors: IT, Economics, Logistics, Finance)
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV) as a functional consultant, implementation specialist, or ERP analyst
Strong knowledge of business processes (finance, logistics, production, sales, warehouse – with a focus on finance and accounting)
Ability to conduct pre-implementation analyses and document requirements
Experience in project-based work and effective collaboration with teams and clients
Proficiency in English sufficient to work with technical documentation and international clients
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-reliance and accountability for assigned tasks
Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
