Senior HR Director
The Senior Director, Human Resources – EMEA will be a core member of the HR Leadership Team, responsible for shaping and executing the HR strategy across all European offices. He/she will partner closely with global HR headquarters and regional leadership teams to ensure organizational effectiveness, robust talent pipelines, and a culture that supports business priorities.This role can be based out of either Warsaw, Poland or Leicester, UK, with travel of up to 20%, or 30-40% respectively.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:- Translate business goals into HR strategies that deliver measurable outcomes across EMEA.
- Antate market, regulatory, and digital shifts; design proactive HR strategies to mitigate risk and capture opportunity.
- Lead the design and rollout of HR initiatives, policies, and processes tailored for EMEA while aligned with global standards.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration and foster a high-performing, purpose-driven HR function.
Talent Management:- Drive attraction, development, and retention of top talent; ensure succession plans and talent pools are robust.
- Conduct regular talent assessments and lead human capital reviews to identify skill gaps and future leadership needs.
- Coach leaders on succession and career development planning; oversee performance management processes to maintain high standards.
- Promote an inclusive culture and equitable career advancement opportunities.
Organizational Capability & Change:- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organizational design, process optimization, and change management.
- Lead HR support for major change initiatives (e.g., restructures, target operating model, acquisitions, digital transformation).
- Partner with communications teams to ensure clear, effective messaging during transitions.
Employee Engagement:- Monitor engagement drivers, analyze insights, and implement solutions to boost satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
- Provide expert guidance in employee relations and conflict resolution, partnering with HR Services and Legal as needed.
Total Rewards:- Partner with the Total Rewards COE to design competitive compensation and benefits strategies.Oversee annual compensation review cycles, ensuring fairness, compliance, and alignment with company philosophy.

What You Bring:- Bachelor’s Degree or HR Accreditation (CIPD or similar).
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5+ years in senior management.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation in countries across EMEA.
- Extensive knowledge across talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, coaching, organizational design and structure optimization, change management, and supporting digital transformation.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision and make decisions with confidence.
- Manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics industry knowledge preferred.
- Proficiency in both English and Polish is preferred (both written and spoken).
