Join us as a Senior Digital Product Owner, where you will take the lead in managing Fluix /eOffice2Site, our essential documentation distribution tool. You will engage with technicians, project teams, and external vendors, acting as the vital link that keeps everyone aligned and informed. Your proactive approach will shape the future roadmap of our digital solutions, ensuring they meet both project-specific requirements and strategic business goals. Your contributions will be pivotal in fostering a user-centric, scalable tool that supports our offshore construction projects.

As a Senior Digital Product Owner, you will be entrusted with managing our most business-critical digital solutions, with scope and ownership evolving over time as priorities change—reflecting our belief that strong product ownership skills are transferable across digital products.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Own the complete lifecycle of Fluix /eOffice2Site, ensuring it meets critical documentation distribution needs.
• Act as the primary interface between technicians, project teams, business stakeholders, corporate IT, and external vendors.
• Collect, prioritize, and translate business and user requirements into actionable product configurations and roadmaps.
• Drive adoption and consistent usage of Fluix /eOffice2Site by providing guidance, training materials, and user support.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure reliable service delivery and timely resolution of issues while delivering new features.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Digital Solution Owner, ideally in a technical or construction-related environment.
• Strong understanding of document management and distribution processes within large, complex organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, balancing business, technical, and end-user needs effectively.
• Familiarity with agile practices and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical configurations and product roadmaps.
• Solid communication skills in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Structured, proactive, and customer-focused mindset with a passion for enabling users through digital tools.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
