requirements-expected :
BSc in Design, Human Computer Interaction or relevant field
About 10 years of professional experience working as Digital Product Designer for SaaS products, in life science or in a fast-paced environment.
A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma and Dovetail and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
Fluent English.
Ability to work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet user needs and vision.
Expertise in utilizing top design software and tools like Figma, FigJam, Miro, Maze, and Dovetail, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools as needed.
Experienced in developing and utilizing component-based design systems that allow for scalability and consistency across various platforms and devices.
Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to teams and SMEs.
Serve as subject matter expert on qualitative and quantitative research methods grounded in human-centered design.
A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
Strong commercial acumen with a positive, pragmatic attitude.
Continuously seeks to stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the design function.
