Completion of the proposed separation of Kidney Care from Baxter into a standalone company (to be named Vantive) remains subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions.

Responsibilities

  1. In close collaboration with Regional Marketing Western Europe and Cluster/Country Marketers, guide, plan, implement and optimize (digital) marketing programs aligned with the overall regional strategy (BaxP) and business priorities.
  2. Implement business priorities in respective markets, discuss branding and marketing issues with country marketers, and advise on building strong market positions (strategic planning ~10%).
  3. Assist country marketers with tactical digital marketing plans to generate demand and leads to achieve business goals (execution ~70%).
  4. Proactively identify and recommend digital marketing opportunities to the regional Acute Therapies marketing team (optimization ~20%).
  5. Ongoing reporting to stakeholders on the performance of country implemented programs, assessed against strategic and operational goals (ROI and KPIs).
  6. Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders as needed: Business Unit Heads (Cluster/Country level) and Medical Affairs, Inside Sales Director EMEA.
  7. Work closely with creative, production and CRM teams in the EMEA Digital Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE).
  8. Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  9. Identify digital marketing trends/insights and continuously optimize marketing spend and performance based on those insights.
  10. Develop digital marketing awareness for the broader team by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.

Required education / skills

  1. Passionate about digital solutions with a clear idea of how digital tools add value to company strategy and performance.
  2. Solid knowledge of the pharma (medical device) sector.
  3. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital programs.
  4. Demonstrated ability to interpret market research and translate into actionable tactics.
  5. Excellent project management and quantitative skills, taking ownership from beginning to end.
  6. Demonstrated time management skills to meet deadlines, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  7. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  9. Ability to build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling ambiguity effectively.
  11. Strong analytical skills in data management and reporting software/platforms (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce).
  12. Basic knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  13. Basic knowledge of ad serving/management tools (e.g., Facebook Business Manager).
  14. Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
  15. Ability to develop and track business metrics and effectively communicate progress.
  16. Financial planning, strategy, and budget optimization acumen.
  17. Solid experience (5+ years) in a similar position, preferably in a digital agency or global/international company in Pharma or Medtech.
  18. Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, PR, or business.
