Job Summary We’re looking for a Senior Digital Designer to lead high‑craft digital design across campaigns, platforms and multi‑market toolkits. You will produce best‑in‑class visual design, elevate creative output, and collaborate closely with creative and technical teams. Ideal for a designer with strong digital craft, brand sensibility and ability to work across formats. Responsibilities Design high‑quality digital assets across web, social, mobile, CRM and paid media. Lead visual design across toolkits, branding systems, and multi‑market templates. Collaborate with creative directors, UX and UI teams on concepting and visual development. Ensure all digital outputs meet brand, accessibility and technical standards. Develop component‑based systems, templates and scalable design frameworks. Produce polished layouts, typography, motion references and final assets. Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and accuracy. Support junior designers with feedback, craft guidance and best‑practice direction. Contribute to innovation, emerging trends and continuous improvement. Requirements Extensive experience as a Digital Designer or Senior Designer within digital‑first environments. Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and digital design tools. Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design and component systems. Exceptional layout, typography, colour and visual craft skills. Ability to deliver high‑volume, multi‑format design under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Calm, detail‑focused and creatively driven approach.
