Senior Digital Business Consultant - SAP Identity and Access Management (f/m) Miejsce pracy: Łódź Technologies we use Expected SAP HANA SAP SAP GRC Identity Management SAP Authorizations management processes solution manager Operating system Windows About the project Identity, Access, Rights Management team is globally responsible for SAP access rights governance, SAP authorizations management, SAP GRC and SAP security within BSH. We are looking for experienced SAP consultant to strengthen our internal capabilities to execute access rights modernization initiatives, support new implementations of SAP applications across on premise and in the cloud environments and ensure highest standards of identity management governance. Your responsibilities Definition and implementation of non-human identities access rights management framework covering RPA agents, AI agents, system and service users across SAP and non-SAP solutions and platforms Process design and enablement through training of non-human user identities lifecycle management SAP Agentic AI access rights enablement through research, education, definition of enhancements of existing access rights concepts and deployment coordination Designing changes in SAP access rights management/SAP authorizations concepts and architecture Acting as key contact and advisor for System Architects, Application Owners and Business Consultants for SAP AI solutions enablement through secure SAP access rights concepts and solutions Working in close alignment with internal governance team, offshore delivery team, role owners, application owners, process stewards & project teams to fulfill business requests related to identity and access rights management Enablement and governance/process support of OneIdentity platform for access rights management and user lifecycle management across BSH Acting as SAP Authorizations expert and providing advice related to risk and compliance of SAP access rights Participation in audit mitigation activities and preventive access risks reduction campaigns Collaboration with teams responsible for SAP authorizations management, identity management and system administration Our requirements University degree in information systems/ computer science or equivalent education/experience 7 years of experience in SAP authorizations management including roles/access rights design project work in SAP on premise and SAP cloud solutions 3 years of experience in non-human identity management including framework definition, process design and governance execution work In-depth technical understanding and practical experience with enablement and governance framework design for RPA solutions SAP access rights In-depth technical understanding of SAP access rights management practices across various SAP modules, systems & products Knowledge of SAP authorizations management processes in SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA including Solution Manager and Cloud ALM transports Understanding of SoD conflicts and risks related to SAP access rights and their mitigation practices Individual skills Self-starter with strong ownership attitude Strong communication skills, both verbal and in writing Service minded and customer focused Able to translate business needs into technical solutions Able to effectively switch between changing priorities Language skills: Strong English is a must This is how we organize our work This is how we work in house you develop several projects simultaneously you focus on product development you focus on code maintenance agile Team members architect product owner business analyst SAP specialist Development opportunities we offer external training intracompany training soft skills training What we offer Dynamic International Environment: Collaborate with diverse teams globally, enriching your experience and expanding your professional network.
