About the project

Identity, Access, Rights Management team is globally responsible for SAP access rights governance, SAP authorizations management, SAP GRC and SAP security within BSH. We are looking for experienced SAP consultant to strengthen our internal capabilities to execute access rights modernization initiatives, support new implementations of SAP applications across on premise and in the cloud environments and ensure highest standards of identity management governance.

Your responsibilities

  • Analysis and verification of business requirements to define SAP authorizations and access rights solutions to technically enable new system features within our SAP applications landscape
  • Working in close alignment with internal governance team, offshore delivery team, role owners, application owners, process stewards & project teams to fulfill business requests
  • SAP role development, modification & transport across various SAP products
  • Consulting as SAP Authorizations expert and providing advice related to risk and compliance of SAP roles
  • Analysis of access risks and audit findings in order to define & implement technical actions that will mitigate them
  • Participation in audit mitigation activities and preventive risk reduction campaigns
  • Contribution to S/4HANA implementation project to deliver SAP Access Rights for migrated users
  • Definition of solutions allowing secure and compliant SAP Fiori apps integration into SAP roles
  • Technical implementation and maintenance of business roles in SAP GRC Access Control and in oneIDM
  • Acting as subject matter expert for SAP cloud applications enablement i.e. SAP Build Work Zone/ BTP
  • Collaboration with teams responsible SAP IDM/oneIDM administration
  • Driving and coordinating SAP security enhancement initiatives

Our requirements

  • University degree in information systems/ computer science or equivalent education/experience
  • Knowledge of SAP authorizations management processes in SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA
  • 7+ years of experience in SAP authorizations management including role design project work
  • In-depth technical understanding of SAP authorization management practices across various SAP modules, systems & products
  • Working knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control including BRM, EAM, ARA
  • Understanding of SoD conflicts and risks related to SAP access rights
  • Knowledge of standard SAP tools for role administration
  • Understanding and practical experience with SAP Fiori authorizations management including pages and spaces
  • Experience in migration project from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4 HANA 
  • Individual skills
  • Self-starter with strong ownership attitude
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and in writing
  • Service minded and customer focused
  • Able to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Able to effectively switch between changing priorities
  • Language skills: Strong English is a must
