responsibilities :
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple streams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Analyze project plans, providing technical insights and strategic guidance for the implementation of backend changes.
Oversee process and functionality analysis, proposing intermediary layers for smooth integration of new backend services.
Manage testing, deployment, and production activities, ensuring high quality and adherence to specifications.
Collaborate with various teams to define scope, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows.
Implement agile project management methodologies to adapt to iterative project phases.
Report project progress to stakeholders and escalate risks or issues as needed.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.
requirements-expected :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program management, preferably within banking or financial tech.
Strong knowledge of software implementation methodologies and project management frameworks.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and team management skills.
Solid understanding of Android and iOS mobile operating systems (intermediate level desirable).
Experience with system analysis, application development, and working with IT product development technologies.
Excellent command of English (B2 level or higher).
Ability to define scope of conceptual work and manage impactful technological projects.
