Senior DevOps Engineer with AWS – Pharmaceutical Industry Torun

Join our team working on projects for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world and have a real impact on the lives and health of more than 15 million patients!

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will participate in digitizing and automating the R&D laboratory environment, including the associated system, data, and process landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the technical part of AWS cloud-based software projects.
• Act as an interface between the business and development team; participate in business analysis, technical planning, function estimation coordination, etc.
• Provide architecture and solution documentation, e.g., C4 model and technical design specifications.
• Collaborate with the validation manager to maintain CSV designs.
• Develop APIs and integrate them into the data layer using technologies such as AppSync, GraphQL, and AWS Lambda functions.

Requirements:

• Understanding of the software development life cycle and SAFE methodology, including DevOps know-how and management of CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Independence in analyzing requirements and designing solutions according to those requirements.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading a team by planning and organizing work.
• Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English.
• Residing in Poland is required.

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

• Experience with the MuleSoft integration platform and Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, particularly SSO with SAML/OIDC, MS Active Directory, and Ping ID/Federate, is highly desirable.
