• Be part of a cross-functional team modernizing deployment processes for a global financial institution. Your responsibilities will include automating CI/CD pipelines, maintaining OpenShift environments, and supporting development teams with scalable infrastructure solutions.

• Support the development team in designing and implementing automated CI/CD pipelines using DevOps practices
• Monitor and manage OpenShift clusters to ensure high availability, performance, and security of development environments
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to build secure and automated deployment workflows across multiple testing environments
• Automate routine tasks and validation steps to improve the efficiency and reliability of the DevOps toolchain
• Create and maintain internal documentation and onboarding materials to support knowledge sharing within the team

• At least 5 years of experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
• Hands-on knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift for managing scalable and secure environments
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline development and automation using tools like Jenkins and Git
• Strong background in Linux system administration and shell scripting for infrastructure tasks
• Familiarity with configuration management and automation using Ansible
• Solid understanding of version control workflows and collaborative development practices
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
