• We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer, who will be responsible and accountable for the clients Online Product Portfolio.
• About the project: A Senior CloudOps Hosting Consultant will participate in bridging the technical gaps between Development and Operations by patching/deploying, improving infrastructure, and improving automation using cloud technologies.

• Take accountability for Global Cloud hosted infrastructure (starting in EU and NA), picking up tickets to ensure the multi-environment sites remain available, secure and performant
• Training & continuous application learning will be provided
• Take the lead during high pressure incident scenarios, balancing technical resolution and partner/customer communication
• Use technology and experience to problem solve services that simplify customer experience, mitigate risk, improve usability and impact Clients goals
• Co-ordinate troubleshooting with regional Center of Excellence teams to ensure improving customer experience
• Monitor tickets, applications and systems, identifying issues proactively and mitigating them to improve customer experience
• Document changes and updates to the Global hosted environment in internal records/wiki, demonstrating those changes and updates to the overall Cloud Teams

• 5+ years of experience with AWS as DevOps Engineer
• Hands On:
• IaC (Terraform), CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Jenkins)C
• Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS), scripting (Python/Bash)
• Security (IAM, OIDC), monitoring (CloudWatch/Datadog), and networking,
• Focusing on building, automating, and securing scalable, highly available cloud infrastructure with a strong mindset DevOps
