responsibilities :
Drive the DevOps mindset within the company
Provide support to development teams for system-related tasks, including monitoring and CI/CD processes
Coach teams on DevOps tools, methodologies, and procedures
Adapt tutoring to different team maturity levels
Foster collaboration among teams and identify common ground
Support the operations of critical services
Promote and implement best practices
Maintain a communicative level of English
On call support experience (monthly rotation & paid)
