For our client, we are seeking specialists for the position of

Senior DevOps Engineer and DevOps Engineer. 

These are 2 different projects and positions.

Senior DevOps Engineer

Main tasks:

• Design, development, and maintenance of cloud-based IT services, including in-house and standard software.
• Defining and monitoring SLAs/OLAs/KPIs.
• Creating and optimizing processes for requirement analysis and evaluation.
• Contributing to system architecture for efficient use of the operational platform and cloud services.
• Acting as the main contact for applications, taking a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Promoting knowledge transfer, documentation, and training new employees.
• Collaborating with teams and stakeholders.
• Participation in on-call duties.

Must have requirements:

• 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Certification in the field of DevOps - Recommended: ITIL4 certification or in a comparable methodology.
• K8s.
• Grafana.
• OpenSearch.
• Prometheus.
• English and Polish at a minimum B2 level.

Nice to have:

• German.

DevOps Engineer

Main tasks:

• Planning, design, installation, and development of the Ubuntu-based Linux server landscape and OpenStack cloud administration.
• Performance, capacity, and availability management of Linux servers.
• Troubleshooting and support (2nd/3rd level) via a ticketing system.
• Automation and system configuration through scripting.
• IT security support, including hardening and securing server systems and services.
• On-call duty and advanced support (2nd/3rd line).

Must have requirements:

• OpenStack (on-prem).
• CEPH.
• On-call duty and advanced support (2nd/3rd line).
• English and Polish at a minimum B2 level.

Nice to have requirements:

• Good knowledge of operations in Linux environments.
• Ansible Playbooks.
• GitLab Pipelines (on-prem).
• German.

Additional Information:

• Hybrid work - 3 days from one of our offices (Warsaw, Poznan, Lublin).
