As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in infrastructure planning, deployment, and support delivery pipelines of our advanced AI assistant platform. This role demands a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and a passion for innovation, as you will be at the heart of building the future of enterprise AI systems.
This role is ideal for a hands-on Senior DevOps / Platform engineer with 4+ years of experience, especially in a high-paced startup environment. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems, ensuring our AI products meet the highest standards.
responsibilities :
Support development and deployment of high-quality, scalable, and secure backend services.
Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code stacks (Pulumi, Terraform)
Collaborate with frontend, backend, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities.
Be proactive and engage in all technical aspects with little or no guidance.
Build Dashboards from key metrics, logs, and traces (we use OpenTelemetry/Grafana / Sentry).
Help manage compliance requirements
Uphold a culture of high efficiency, creativity, quality, and security.
Make fast, data-driven decisions and demonstrate ownership.
Commit to team goals and ensure high availability for collaboration.
Contribute to system architecture design and implementation.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
requirements-expected :
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
4+ years of experience in DevOps role
Proven track record in a high-paced startup environment
Experience with unmanaged backend microservices environments including Docker, Kubernetes, message queues, Elasticsearch, CI/CD tools and GitOps (We use Argo)
Strong proficiency in infrastructure as code
Experience with databases, APIs, and cloud web services
Self-sufficiency in technical challenges
Proficiency in cloud platforms (We use Azure)
Strong background in enterprise-level production-ready products serving 1000+ customers.
Strong individual contributor with the ability to work independently
