Job Description

When it comes to platform, this is all about hosting and performance monitoring & tweaking for optimal user experience (and cost) of vertical called: cytric travel & expense. A flagship application of our client is to manage business travels of many corporations.

Since 2022 they are well integrated with Microsoft stack and cytric easy is offered as a component to Office365 (e.g., application within MS TEAMS). Our challenge is to manage a legacy platform (“old dinosaur”) and support gradual refactoring to become fully Azure native.

Development teams are located in 3 main sites: Nice, Frankfurt, and Sofia, Bulgaria.

Your Responsibilities

1. Propose, design, implement and support the automation and improvement of P&O processes and infrastructure.
2. Automate repeatable processes and operational tasks to improve reliability and velocity.
3. Programming, validation, documentation and maintenance of automation components and interfaces with scripting and programming languages using existing and new frameworks and toolsets.
4. Participate in code and architectural reviews of services developed within the team.
5. Have the ability to share knowledge on technical, infrastructure and processes automation.

Our Requirements

1. Knowledge of the Azure DevOps platform, including Azure Pipelines, Boards, Repos, and other associated tools.
2. Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
3. Experience with source control systems, such as Git.
4. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and associated tooling.
5. Familiarity with software development and deployment processes.
6. Understanding of application, server, and infrastructure architectures.
7. Ability to read, write, and troubleshoot code.
8. Familiarity with cloud-native concepts and technologies.
9. Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
10. Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications.
11. Expert in Linux RedHat.
12. Good understanding of Network, Storage, and VMware technologies.
