Role Overview 
Independently design and deliver automation and CI/CD improvements across services. We encourage the thoughtful use of Generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to boost innovation and productivity while adhering to our security and compliance standards. 

 Key Responsibilities
Build and manage automation pipelines (build, test, deploy) 
Improve monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes 
Work with developers to optimize build and release processes 
Contribute to security hardening and secrets management 
Mentor junior DevOps  engineers 

Required Skills 
Proficiency in system administration and scripting (Bash, Python) 
Strong skills in CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance 
Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, troubleshooting) 
Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, etc.) 
Familiarity with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK) 
Working knowledge of networking (DNS, load balancing, VPNs, firewalls) 
Soft Skills 
Clear, concise communication in English within distributed teams (B2/C1 level) 
Growth mindset with a bias for automation, measurement, and continuous improvement 
Pragmatic problem-solving and customer-centric thinking 
Experience collaborating in Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) Value-Add
