We focus on automation and scalability through IaC, containerization, and modern DevOps practices. No prior finance experience is required, as all domain knowledge can be gained on the job. Communication skills in English are key, as this is a team effort conducted in an agile setup.

Senior DevOps Engineer

Your responsibilities

• Support development teams with automation, CI/CD, and IaC infrastructure setup
• Manage and maintain development environments and project infrastructure in lower environments
• Develop and maintain shell/Python scripts and Groovy pipelines
• Automate configuration and processes using Ansible
• Design and manage containerized microservices (Docker & Kubernetes)
• Act as the main point of contact for DevOps-related needs with external teams
• Provide internal training, demos, and presentations on DevOps practices
• Collaborate closely with developers and QA engineers to ensure smooth project delivery

Our requirements

• Practical experience with Kubernetes
• Good knowledge of Jenkins or other CI/CD tools
• Strong programming skills in Python and Groovy
• Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible)
• Solid Linux skills, including scripting
• Experience with debugging, optimization, and platform maintenance
• Working knowledge of Git (BitBucket)
