• Ensure the availability, latency, and overall reliability of production systems.
• Design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable infrastructure.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to automate manual operations and improve system reliability.
• Develop monitoring, alerting, and reporting tools to ensure system health and performance.
• Manage incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Implement Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) practices to improve the software release cycle.
• Participate in on-call rotations to respond to production incidents.
• Improve system performance through capacity planning and resource management.
• Automate system maintenance tasks to increase efficiency.
• Direct contact with the client
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and propose improvements to our systems and processes.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience on DevOps and Risk related.
• Knowledge on Open shift, Kubernetes, private cloud, network.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD practices.
