Having found strong product traction both in Europe and in the US, we’re now scaling and improving our infrastructure to meet the demand. With that, we’re now looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with a passion for automation, scalability, and high availability, ready to take on big challenges and help us take our infrastructure to new heights.

Real-time - just like in a real conversation, every second counts in how quickly our AI Agents respond.
Mission-critical - we’re on our customers’ front lines. Even minor issues or delays on our end can significantly impact their business (and we hear about it right away).
Usage variance - e-commerce is very susceptible to seasonality (e.g. Black Friday) and random trends (viral hypes) and our highly distributed infrastructure (>130 services) needs to be able to adapt to them.
