DevOps/Production Support Engineer to join our team and ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our production environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools. This role involves troubleshooting production issues, automating deployments, and optimizing system performance.
,[Provide L2/L3 support for production systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring minimal downtime including participation in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support when necessary., Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications, Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and infrastructure as code (IaC)., Monitor system health and performance using logging and monitoring tools (e.g., AppDynamics, Cloudwatch, Grafana, Splunk, etc.)., Manage cloud-based infrastructure on AWS/Azure/GCP, ensuring cost efficiency, security, and high availability., Automate repetitive tasks using Ansible, Terraform, Python, or Shell scripting., Respond to production incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures., Implement and enforce security best practices, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
