You’ll be part of a team of six Devops engineers based in Vilnius, Kaunas, and Mumbai. Our team combines different specialties - ranging from infrastructure and automation to monitoring and SRE practices - giving you the chance to collaborate and work across multiple domains. 

This role is not only about operating existing systems but also about designing and building new observability and logging solutions from the ground up.

• Solid hands-on experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Thanos or Mimir).
• Experience managing logging platforms (ELK stack or Loki).
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code practices with Terraform (Terragrunt).
• Understanding of metrics, logs, and traces in distributed systems.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in English.

Stand out by having: 

• Coding skills in Python or Go for automation and integrations.

• Experience with configuration management tools like Puppet.
• Knowledge of alerting best practices and incident management tools.
• Understanding of SRE principles (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets).
