Join a new project with one of the largest financial institutions in the world as a Senior DevOps Engineer. You will help build world-class platforms and services on top of Amazon Web Services (AWS) public cloud offerings. Your experience will be crucial in designing, delivering, and operating centralized cloud platform solutions to solve common engineering and operational problems.
responsibilities :
Designing, delivering, and operating centralized cloud platform solutions to solve common engineering and operational problems
Managing and building cloud environments to enable application deployments into test and production
Building repeatable solutions on Digital Cloud infrastructure
Ensuring the cloud-hosted solutions are integrated with or consume centrally provided services
Participating in code reviews and approvals
Defining and continuously improving code standards
Developing and maintaining application-specific AMI’s using Infrastructure as Code principles
requirements-expected :
Understanding of and experience of working within a DevOps culture
Knowledge of CI/CD and some exposure to relevant toolsets
Experience with security and compliance, e.g. IAM and cloud compliance/ auditing/ monitoring tools
Ability to build strong relationships with Cloud Services, cross-functional development teams, and local and global IT teams
Solid experience in Kafka: understanding of Kafka architecture, APIs, and internals including topics, parties, brokers consumers, and streams
Security knowledge of securing Kafka clusters, understanding bank-level security requirements and compliance
Openness to hybrid work from Kraków at least twice a week
Very good English proficiency in both spoken and written communication
