Toyota Boshoku Europe – Poland i is the newly opened branch of Toyota Boshoku Europe, the Europe & Africa headquarters of Toyota Boshoku.
The Wrocław branch plays an important role towards Toyota Boshoku Europe’s expansion strategy, while strengthening Toyota Boshoku’s footprint in the EA region.
In the new office allows us to centralize know-how, optimize processes efficiency, increase competitiveness, improve quality of services and support future projects. It aims at improving operations of our Poland-based manufacturing companies alongside strengthening headquarters activities.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop of Interior Trim, Instrument panel, Seat parts into vehicle projects in order to achieve performance, quality and cost targets.
- Investigate technical feasibility and requirements are included into official drawings in order to secure feasibility.
- Design support for creation of 3D/2D CAD model and production drawing.
- Co-operate with suppliers and Toyota Boshoku production engineering department to secure production feasibility of parts.
- Secure regulation compliance and collaborate with performance & material engineering departments.
- Support plant production and quality engineers to solve the concerns raised during production trials.
- Benchmark of competitor and customer solutions.
- Cooperate to analyze targets for next generation models.
Qualifications
- You have a Master degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering or Industrial design.
- You have more than 5 years of relevant work experience.
- You have good knowledge of Catia or other design software.
- You have basic knowledge about materials.
- You are fluent in English.
- You are available to travel for business (mostly short visits to suppliers and our manufacturing plants in Europe).
