Senior Demand Planner (Professional Products Division)

Your responsibilities
- Manage the sales forecasts quality and the global monthly sales forecast process at HUB Level.
- Facilitate the local trend process by working with Finance and Business teams on gap analysis between forecast/trend and be responsible for calling out risks and addressing actions behind.
- Ensure the global sales forecast consistency, through the building of a consensus between the commercial forecasts, the financial trend and the sales history.
- Challenge and consolidate the promotions and launches sales forecasts projected by the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Animate the improvements of the sales forecast practices.
- Be responsible for the catalogue management and contribution to its rationalization.
Our requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in Demand Planning role.
- Good analytical perception of complex situations or data.
- SAP experience.
- High proficiency in Excel.
- A focus of being goal-oriented and problem solving team player.
- Strong communication, networking and negotiation skills.
- Complexity management ability.
- Fluent English and Polish.
