Job Description

Job Responsibilities – Delphi Lead/ Senior Developer

1. Strong knowledge in using Delphi, including workflows, integrations, and application design.
2. Excellent knowledge of the Delphi language, with the ability to debug and strong problem-solving skills.
3. Knowledge of building complex workflows.
4. Knowledge of systems programming, RTL, VCL, FireMonkey, and other libraries using Delphi as the primary tool for development.
5. Responsibilities on projects include system analysis, detailed systems design, and system implementation with Lead Architect Responsibility.
6. Work closely with other business area experts.
7. Extensive experience in designing and developing web-based and native mobile applications.
8. Work with a project team and clients to develop formal design.
9. Develop and execute formal test plans and scenarios.
10. Support and maintain applications after implementation.

Skills & Experiences

1. Proficiency in Czech language - both writing and speaking (at least B2).
2. Minimum 7 - 8 years of IT industry experience in systems analysis, design and development, and in functional and technical areas of Business Process Automation, Operational efficiency, Customer engagement & Migration of legacy apps.
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in Delphi.
4. E2E implementation experience of Delphi solutions for web, native mobile & hybrid applications.
5. Design experience in integrating Delphi applications with external enterprise systems and databases.
6. Delphi certification is preferable.
7. Experience in C#, .Net is preferable.
