Managing team of circa 60 people - Scrum teams, but no SAFe

Our requirements
5+ years of experience
Proven record track of delivery management in similar setup including leading transformations
Exposure to previous projects that had data governance, data quality, data management, data lifecycle, Snowflake, Tableau Cloud etc.
Practical experience in ensuring that events such as the PI Planning Event do not get out of hand, Release Train Engineers carefully prepare them and run them themselves.
Experience in solving problems in the ARTas sourcing new resources for teams, aligning dependencies and responsibilities between teams, and coordinating external third parties such as suppliers.
Ability to take on the role of a communicator.
Being able to easily switch between leading, managing and "serving" tasks.
Excellent communication skills to build lasting relationships with all stakeholders.
Experience as team leader and mentor, ensuring that members and teams are constantly building their skills,
Advanced practical knowledge in the best Lean and Agile Management practices.
Being able to implement monitoring techniques to observe the progress of the project and provide regular reports.
